Therefore, when checking the battery liquid level, the screws on the battery should be tightened by the way to ensure that none of the screws are loose.

At this time, the forklift battery is very important for the forklift. The discharge output voltage and capacity of the storage battery are affected by the magnitude of the discharge current. For the same fully charged batteries, at the same temperature, when different multiples of discharge currents are adopted, there will be a great difference in the amplitude of the discharge output voltage. The output curves of batteries designed according to different usage requirements will be different.

Make both sides of each positive plate generate an equal amount of products in the chemical reaction, reduce the deformation and buckling of the negative plate, and at the same time increase the capacity. The battery separator is an insulator placed between the positive and negative plates to prevent short circuits between the positive and negative plates. It has many holes, which can make the electrolyte flow unimpeded. If a short circuit at the bottom of the plates is caused by the falling off of the active material, the plate group needs to be pulled out, the sediment removed, the short-circuited parts of the plates cleared, the plate group put back into the battery, new electrolyte replaced, and then charged with a smaller current.
